At FitRezume, we want you to be fully satisfied with our AI resume builder services. Please read our cancellation and refund policies below.

1. Cancellation of Services

Since FitRezume operates on a pay-as-you-go credit purchase system, there are no recurring monthly subscriptions or contract periods to cancel. You only pay for the credits you purchase. Once a credit package is purchased, it remains in your account balance until used or expired.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following specific conditions:

  • Unused Packages: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided that no credits from the purchased pack have been spent (e.g., you have not generated a CV, run an AI roast, used a tool credit, or exported a PDF using the new credits).
  • Technical Failures: If a payment is captured on our side but the credits fail to load due to a system glitch, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, a full refund will be processed.
  • Double Payments: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a network latency issue, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Any credit from the purchased pack has been used.
  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., account sharing, scraping, or misuse of AI credits).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@fitrezume.com with your:

  • Registered email address
  • Razorpay Transaction ID (RRN) or Order ID
  • Date of purchase and package name

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days, subject to bank processing times.
