Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy outlines the delivery terms for credit packages and templates purchased on FitRezume.
1. Digital Delivery Only
FitRezume is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing AI resume building, ATS scoring, and interview preparation tools.
We do not ship any physical goods or products. Therefore, no shipping charges, courier delivery times, or physical tracking details apply to any transactions made on our website.
2. Delivery Timeline
All digital services, features, and credit packages purchased on FitRezume are delivered as follows:
- Instant Activation: Credits (such as CV credits, PDF exports, and AI tool credits) are added directly to your user account instantly upon successful completion of payment through our payment gateway, Razorpay.
- Dashboard Access: Your updated credit balance will immediately show in the top header/dashboard area of your account. You can verify your balance by reloading your dashboard.
- Email Invoice: A digital invoice and transaction confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within 5-10 minutes of payment completion.
3. Delivery Issues & Troubleshooting
In rare instances of high server traffic or network latency, the credits may take up to 5 minutes to appear in your account. If your balance does not update within 10 minutes of a successful charge, please try the following steps:
- Log out and log back in to refresh your authentication session.
- Verify that your bank/payment card was actually debited.
- Contact our customer support team immediately at support@fitrezume.com with your registered email and payment reference number (e.g. Razorpay payment ID).
We will investigate and manually allocate your credits within 12 hours of receiving your support ticket.
